Sorry, we don’t allow pets at the Woodenhouse. There are many other suitable properties available on the island and we cannot make any exceptions.

Babies are welcome at Woodenhouse however parents must bring their own travel cot and anything else necessary. Woodenhouse does provide a highchair suitable for children 6 months - 3 years.

Woodenhouse is accessed by three short flights of stairs and does not have level access. An internal stair provides access to the upper floor. We would not recommend that the house is rented by those with mobility difficulties.

Woodenhouse is suitable for most vehicles however van type vehicles cannot be taken down the hill. We also ask all owners whose vehicle’s wheels slip on the track to use one of the other spaces available at the top of the croft.

A full refund (less 5% processing fee) is offered to guests if our accommodation is rebooked. If not rebooked and cancelled prior to 28 days the 50% deposit is retained. If cancelled within 28 days of the date of your stay (and not rebooked) the full payment is retained.
